The TechnologyPark powered by the HVAC trades offered trainees the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a series of small technical tasks. The focus here was on having fun in the profession, the comparison of performance was only intended as a secondary incentive.
Every achievement should of course be rewarded! Every day, there was a prizedraw for the participants. Additionally, there were also a few ‘giveaways’ waiting for the trainees.
