Cloakroom and lockers

Cloakrooms and lockers are available in Foyer Entrance East, Foyer Entrance West, Foyer Entrance South and Foyer Central Entrance.
 

Cloakrooms

  • You pay a fee of EUR 3.50 each to drop off clothing and luggage at the cloakroom (luggage: EUR 5.50).
  • Payment is possible with cash or card.
  • The Cloakrooms are open from one hour before the official opening hours until one hour after the official closing hours.
  • Contents of suitcases, bags and clothes are not covered by insurance.
  • Please also check the general terms and conditions on-site.
     

Lockers

  • Lockers are available in two different sizes: 27 x 50 cm (WxH) or 56 x 50 cm (WxH), 
  • Deposit: EUR 1.00 per locker, coins required.
  • Alternatively, you can use a chip for the lockers. You can get this at the information desk.

Dogs at the fair site

  • Dogs are generally prohibited on the exhibition grounds. There may be exceptions for certain events, which will then be communicated on the respective event website.
  • Certified assistance dogs in accordance with the Assistance Dog Ordinance are exempt from the ban.
  • Dogs must always be kept on a lead.
  • The Hamburg Ordinance on the Implementation of the Dog Law applies.
