Stand assembly and dismantling times 2024
In order to organize the smooth assembly and disassembly of your presentation space, we have summarized the assembly and disassembly times for you here.
General information
- Passes are not necessary for booth assembly and dismantling.
- In order to access the Hamburg Messe trade fair grounds with vehicles during assembly / dismantling times a cash deposit is necessary (see Traffic Guide (PDF)).
- Advance notice must be given to the hall manager if work is to be carried out after 10 pm (12 hours in advance). Halls are generally locked at 10 pm.
- Early stand assembly / extended dismantling must be submitted in writing to the Exhibition Technology Department and approved (see Online Service Center / Approvals and Applications). There is no entitlement to authorisation.
