In order to organize the smooth assembly and disassembly of your presentation space, we have summarized the assembly and disassembly times for you here.
Assembly times

All Halls and Booths on the Last Day of Setup

On the last day of setup, Wednesday, November 18, 2026, all hall aisles must be cleared by 3:00 p.m. Empty containers must be removed or stored in a timely manner.
Deliveries of exhibition goods and any work that generates dirt are no longer permitted in the halls after 3:00 p.m.
Please note: Empty containers and waste must be removed from the hall daily.
